So I'm sitting there inside my work today on Eureka Rd in Southgate when the storm hits. First it was just some rain, but then hail the size of LAGE ice cubes starts pummeling my car. There was nothing I could do, I didnt want to go out there and get smaked in the head by one of those monsters. It all lasted about 20 minutes. After it stopped I went out to check on my car and I couldent find any damage. I think the ice was fairly soft since its so hot outside. We'll tell for sure tomorrow when I wash it if there are any small dents or scratches.

Did anyone's car get damaged from this? I'll admit, I was pretty scarred. Mostly for my car! :rolleyes:

A friend has a new WRX, he was also in southgate this afternoon. Every panel on his car is toast...

Ouch; thats what I was affraid of. Sure I have insurance, but why go through the hastle? Insurance companies suck.

I work at Dick Genthe chevy in southgate and my hood, roof, trunk and i just found some damage on my doors. I was outside when it first started and i got smoked in the head trying to make it inside

I washed my car this morning before work, I dont think there is any damage.
