I went to court today for my improper start ticket. It was reduced to impeading. They said they no longer put tickets under advisement. I am happy with this, $150, no points, sec. of state dosen't find out. It was going to be 2 points, but I have some friends here at the City of Sterling Heights, that helped me out. With no more advisement rule, the lady at the court said that they offer impeading instead to drivers with clean records. Just an FYI.
