I performed the fog light mod tonight on the SVT. Went over without a hitch. Looks good. Has anyone found a benifit to driving with only the fogs and no headlights? What conditions would this be under? Or is this strictly asthetics?

I believe this is asthetic and you should only use FOG LIGHTS ONLY during daylight(improves your visibility to others). I'm sure it would be illegal to drive with just fogs at night or in the rain.

I pretty much use the fogs any time I would just use the parking lights - rain or fog with decent sunshine, deeply overcast (but dry) days, sunset. I also use them as driving lights (DRL substitutes if you will) on the highway. If there is heavy precipitation, dense fog, or anytime after sunset or before sunrise, I use the regualr headlights as well.
