It's grinding loud enough for me to tell it apart from my exhaust note now. And it does it mostly when I slow down (and the car leans forward) and when I turn left (the car leans right). The car doesn't pull to one side or anything, and the noise isn't nearly as bad as what happened with the bearing on my last car (yet anyhow).
