Just wondering ??

Are they any better or do they engage in the same trickery as Ford dealerships ??

Inifiniti does not engage any trickery.

You take it in, they give you an estimate, they fix the problem, the problem does not come back.

Meanwhile, as they fix your car, you drive around in a BRAND NEW G35 for free until it is done.

Then you get your car back washed and vacuumed.

Acura only fixes what needs fixing, no tricks. That is why my father has owned 6 of them.

Hated taking my BMW in, they sucked! Always "found" something else that "should be done".

Loved taking in my wifes Infiniti - loaner and great service always!

Also love taking in my wife's Volvo V70 - loaner and great service, though a bit high on price it seems sometimes.

My old Audi dealer (and Saab one as well) were both crooks. I think it's more of a case-by-case basis kind of think as I've had nothing but exceptional service at John Elway Ford here in Boulder, CO.
