I plan to hit 550hp for less than $5k in my 5.0 Cobra.

All the better for a T56.....there is always a bright side!! laugh

Very few of life's problems can not be solved with the reasonable application of more horsepower!

I plan for the big T-5 detonation ceromony (ie Temporary installation of slicks on the car) shortly after I have a T-56 in my garage ready for install.

Though I am having second thoughts, since many, many other components may go at the same time laugh

Seriously though, the car won't get beat on much until I have all the important bits beefed up. Heck, it will prolly never see drag slicks (though road race slicks are a different story . . . :D)

Nah, slicks won't kill the t-5. Those slicks will most likely create a nice explosion in the rear; I don't wish that loud bang and clunking sounds shortly after on anyone. frown

But I do know a way to kill that t-5; give me the keys. laugh
