I have a question that I'm not sure about, or wont be absolutely sure about until next weekend, would my stock, well i'll have intake tomorrow, 99 svt beat a 96 stock eclipse turbo wich is also stick shift?? This kid a my mosque keeps talkin **** and said my cars worhtless, i told him if we werent in church i would decked him, and told him lets go across the street if you dont beleive me. So whats everyone think, could he beat me or no??

threatening people in a mosque? i have a 95 tsi awd and the tour will win as long as the talon\eclipse is stock.talon pulls off line tour passes in 2nd or 3rd.is his car awd not that it matters but the awd does hook up.if his car is done than so r u

nope the only thing he has is tints and it came dropped when he bought it (used). Im almost 100% sure its not awd.

About a month after I bought my SVT some girl in a 92-93 Talon TSI tried to cut me off. I didn't let her so she followed me for a couple miles until we both got caught at a red light. She rolled down her windows and turned up her stereo w/ the intention of smoking me. In all honesty I thought she would too. When the light turned green she had a car on me through the intersection. By third gear I had not only passed her but was pulling on her. I couldn't believe it. Do I think this would happen everytime? No. But on any given day you can beat a faster car. Just don't miss a shift. Good luck.

well I caught him on the road today, I made sure I got him this time so he doesnt talk no more ****, we took it out on dix and we both made the turn, he was in front of me and we were both rolling and both jumped on it once we were side by side and I got him by about half a car and then two cars came up infront of both of us so i cut onto the other side of the sstreet and take my chances and pass everyone . Then we take it to another street where we were both rolling and he got me pretty good by like a car maybe two by the time we hit about 80-100, and then we both agreed that we are still going to do it this weekend from a staarting position, but I'll let everyone know whuts up. But I gotta give props when props are due, i love the sound of his turbo kicking in, but by the sound of his exhaust I dont think he can drive stick as good as me :), still sounded sweet.

Remember when we raced?!? Man, you whooped up on me. Hehe. I raced a 95-96 eclipse turbo and did the same thing. He beat me about how much you beat me. So I am thinking that you could be dead even, up till about 3rd 4rd then you'd pull slowly by him.. Good luck! I'll be home thursday, I sooo want to see this race! i'd record it for ya if you want.
