Has anyone seen this on ford.svt.com? 0-60 in 1.9 sec! 855 hp! Put it into production! Go to concept lab

they did sell some at that auction, but none of the vehicles in the possesion of SVT were auctioned.
The 10L Boss is sort of Coletti's baby.
and for those wondering about production for a car like that 10L Boss, you must not understand production concerns at all, because there is no way in a million years that car would see the production line in any form like that.
It's all about balance.

As I recall... that car was built for the competition between automakers, Ford, Chevy, Porsche, etc. for a 0-100-0 competition. They used a great big engine, and enourmous brakes. Needless to say, the Ford didn't win. I know that a 911 Turbo was faster, but can't remember if it won or not... I think it did.
