I've ordered a set of side marker lights (the ones that go on the fenders) from BAT 2 times in the last year, and I've even given them my credit card number twice, and I still have heard nothing back in over three months from them. Does anyone know if it's possible to get these lights? If there is another more reliable supplier I can get these from, I might do that. I wanted to try out BAT to order parts for my Contour (since it looked like they had good stuff in their catalog), but they don't seem to want to reply back. They have not called me or nothing. I've tryed calling them, but the guy never seemed to know anything accept, "We'll call you when we ship them". Who can help me find some of these lights or tell me how to get on BAT's VIP list? Thanks in advance

Well i have notn but good to say for BAT. I dont know why you have such a problem. You can order these lights from any local shop.

Try getting them from Bill Jenkins. They are really cheap so it's probably not worth the effort for BAT to worry about :p

That's really odd.I have always had excellent response and service from BAT.
If they don't have something they backorder and tell you about it...almost never forget about you.

When I called BAT about control arms, he told me that they were out and didn't have any firm date for getting stock. Totally straight about the situation.
They also got right on top of shipping me replacement parts when they sent me some wrong parts for my brake job (boy was I pissed at the time). But they got the parts right on the truck and gave me their UPS Account number for the return shipping. That right there kept me as a customer. Everyone makes mistakes; it's how you handle those mistakes that determine the level of customer service of a company.
Looking at the $$$ I've spent there probably didn't hurt things any (I bought my Quaife there at $895, among other purchases since).
Dunno what to say about your situation, but BAT has been top notch for me.

When I was waiting on an emergency brake cable for my XR - they sent me the wrong part, then asked that I return it so they could send me the correct part - after about a month I called to ask why I hadn't recieved at and recieved the response "Oh, you wanted us to send you the correct part?"  So maybe you need to call them and remind them that they need to SEND it to you rather than just taking down your information.
