To anyone who thinks osgood deserved to lose, you must have been watching some other game Chris Osgood is the only reason the wings even had a shot. Their defense was terrible and unfortunatley they have to pay the price for it. Osgood did not only play good in the series he played great and kept the wings in every game eventhough they were outplayed in every aspect of the game. Granted two goals were not goals (one didnt cross the line, the other obviously offsides) but that is no excuse for them to lost to a team like the kings. Oh well enough of this but I don't like to see people talk about osgood as if he could have done anymore he kept the wings in it. Played great and was the only bright light on the ice for the wings. I think we need to get rid of a few other players namely a 4 million dollar so called enforcer in darren mccarty that won't hit or fight. I thought that was a bad move from the start

I must admit that Osgood actually played very well yesterday, but Murphy was skating like a drunk. And Draper and McCarty were useless.....sheesh!
Time to get a defense and stop relying on 4 old heroes to do all the work. even though he played a good game yesterday Osgood has to go, he is way to "hot and cold" to win championships. Manny is #1!

Osgood did play well, def blew chunks.. however the last two goals last night, if and only if Osgood can get past the one thing I hate most about him we could have won.. quit giving up rebounds straight out in front of the damn goal..
