Does anyone know of a good place to go for modification parts and accessories in the Livonia area [Plymouth/Northville/Farmington/etc.]?? Any recommended places for window tinting??

First Class Auto in Livonia... I believe they tint also or you can try Auto Ameristar. They're either in Livonia or Plymouth..

Go see Donnie at Mickey Shores on Plymouth Rd. He's a member of our SVT/SHO Society of Michigan club, he'll hook you up right and he re-wired my fogs too. Nice guy w/ a nice Red SHO! Roger R

I second the words of caution about First Class. My buddy had some work done to his 97 Cobra at the Brighton store, a big spoiler and sidepipes. One sidepipe caught on something once and he had a hell of a time getting any help from them.
I had Doug at Midas in Novi do the exhaust on my SHO. He seems like a pretty good guy for minor custom work.

Go to Pandes Performance if you are around Livonia. It's a known shop and they do great work. Later.

I agree with the cautions about First Class Auto in Brighton! I'm from the general area and I've heard many complaints about that particular store.
Question all, my girl drives a stock '98 LX automatic. How much will the SVT exhaust and K&N filter add to the take-off? Generally noticeable? or not worth the time unless more is done to it?
