I think some type of symbol to show respect for the fallen 'tour would have been appropriate. Antenna's at half mast or something. The accident happened about 1/2 mile east of Zeeb road on WB I-94.

Yesterday's Grand Rapids Press had a front page article about a woman whose son smashed a guardrail on a local Xway about a year ago when his car spun on black ice. She just received a bill from the DOT for almost $1000 to repair the guardrail!!! Her insurance may cover it, but she is trying to fight the bill. The DOT claims it is common practice to bill for rail damage when the identity of the person is known. Good Luck!!!!!!!! I took out a lightpost last year and that cost me $1060. Luckily the insurance company covered it. I guess when it rains, it pours... Sorry.
