Yup, bent my first rim on a pothole on the lodge freeway this afternoon on my way to a client meeting. Do you think insurance cover this or is there a place to send it to get fixed locally????? Or am I phucked and I have to shell out for a new rim, it just has a small bend on the outter lip of the rim, its hardly noticable but driving sucks cuz my steering wheel shakes to hell because the small bend now throws off the balance.

BTW, my rims are 18x7 Team Dynamics Motorpsort with 225/40ZR18 paradas.... Please HELP!!!!! I need to find someone lcoal to back that lip back or I have to go in debt for a new rim. Thanks for any help.

BTW, If any one is interested in buying the 3 good 18" Team Dynamic Motorsport rims and the small bent one and the 4 almost new Yokohama Paradas as a package, I'll make you one hell of a great offer. All you will need to do is get a new rim or get this one fixed!!!! It is not even scratched just a small bend in the lip luckly. Let me knwo fast.

And the only reason I want to sell these rims is because of the fact I drive on very bad roads out here in Wixom and I do 95% freeway driving and I drive in Detroit alot and I cant keep getting new rims all the time. I have hit other small potholes and nto got any problems, the one I hit today was damn deep but luckly it just bent the rim and didnt mess up the tire at all.

I will be goign back to 16's or 17's.

I will make one hell of a deal for the whole set.

Theres a rim shop on Main St. in downtown Royal Oak that I think repairs wheels. I'm no positive but you could check with them. I don't recall the name, its Main St. Wheels or something like that. Right off of 696.

contact the state or the city that it happend in, had a friend that bent up a rim on his Cobra when hitting a pothole and with a little patience he finally got a check from the state.. its one of those things the state/city wants no one to know about..
