Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums Branches South Central Road course along I-29...

Does anyone know about the race track that is along I-29 roughly between St Joseph, Missouri and Omaha, Nebraska? I think its technically in Iowa. A road course would almost be worth the 2 hour drive it would take me to get back up there! I was on my way to NE to see the zoo, which was totally awesome, and I see a nice vette drive by on a road off the highway...then a look again and see a few more cars...then I notice a bunch of curves, then I have to start paying attention to the road again... Anyways just wonderin if anyone knows anything about this.

The place is Mid America Motorplex. It is a full road course with dragstrip and go cart track slated to open as well in the next couple years. http://www.mustangclubofcentraliowa.org/index.htm
