I finally arrived home in San Diego on October 1st, a couple of days ahead of schedule.

Unfortunately it was not exactly a welcome sight as my condo, which has been rented out for the past seven years, was totally trashed. eek mad eek

My girlfriend & I have spent the last week & a half cleaning & painting just to make it livable. Household goods delivery was delayed until this past Monday to allow us the time to prepare our place.
The remainder of our time has been preoccupied with unpacking & arranging everything.

Also, unfortunately, my Saleen Mustang did not make the journey as scheduled due to the moving company (who shall remain nameless to protect the guilty) screwing up. It has sat in their warehouse in Wichita for over two weeks awaiting another enclosed van to transport it per the contract.
Allegedly a van became available this past Tuesday & is now scheduled to arrive in SD next Monday or Tuesday.

I can't really say I'm delighted to be home again due to all the work required to get settled, but we're definitely heading to the beach tomorrow & probably Saturday so perhaps my attitude will finally readjust itself. cool

Thanks.
I've been so busy with the cleaning & moving I haven't even had a chance to pop open the moonroof {or is that "sun" roof?!? cool} & take my SVT for a cruise... frown

Glad to have you back, I can't wait to see you car with the sound system. Look like you got some nice tunes in it.
Well hope to see you around
