People think the Contour looks like many other cars, too.

Also, the Malibu is planned to be not watered down. But, let's see what is put on the market first.

I drove a '99 Opel Vectra when I was on vacation in Ireland back in 99. And let me tell ya, that car was sweet. The only thing I didn't like, was the mega-crappy radio. I left it set to one station the whole time I was there. My cousins loved the car, and one was looking into buying it as her next car.Too bad I had to rent an auto, my sister can't drive stick and refused to let me rent a 5 speed. frown

There was one very weird thing about the headlights. I found a wheel knob on the dash that raised and lowered the headlights slightly. This was in addition to the high/low beam switch on the stalk. confused

the little switch is to keep the headlights straight in front of you if you have a large load in the back. since the back will sag, therefore blinding oncoming drivers.

i guess at least earlier models were 1.8 liters. oh well still impressive. i thought it was a 2 liter.
