Yup, as sad as im going to be to get rid of this fine peice of machinery, its been a pain in the ass sinceday one. im getting a refund. this means i have parts to sell. i have a shoshop y pipe, a brand new 5 channel mtx amp 800watts and a 10inch mtx thunder sub. make offers. ill be pretty generous with the y pipe, but the amp i just bought for 500 plus tax at good guys so im thinking around 400 but make an offer. ill be generous with the sub too. let me know. i also have a KKM thats been sitting in my closet for a long time and its practicaly new. the only problem is that one of the holes is stripped a little bit but i got around that by using a bigger bolt i got from orchard supply. i have no hardware or the little sleve. its just the bare unit. let me know if you are interested. ok let the jeering begin hehehe.

Dammit I want my car to be bought back, what was the process like? Good to hear you are getting rid of it though

the y pipe is awsome. good sound and excellent throttle response. if you hate how the svt boggs down sometimes, the y-pipe is for you. um its got around 22-25k miles on it and its just fine. here is the info for the lemon law. http://www.californialemonlaw.info/

it was extremely easy. the lemon law lawyers that have a link on that webpage are really helpful and good. they win pretty much every case.

I am asuming that in order for a car to be considered a lemon and bought back, it needs to be under a manufacturers warranty? ****
