As I am looking through post in the other forums, I see a few Tour owners tell there stories about there cars having accidents. This brings me to two things that I should do 1 is make "The save the Tour foundation"
(I dont know what for yet, but it sounds good)and second give my story of my broken Tour.

note: non of this accidents have been my fault.
This year has not been good for my car at all,at this point for me either. A few months ago I had posted about my Tour having 3 accidents in a month and a half period of time, and my last (and most recent and expensive) accident being about a 4 months later from the first ones. The major part of the story that I want to share is my last accident and this is what happens:

About 5:50 in the morning driving to work in my tour on 101 N bound it gets congested so its bumper to bumper (so many of you know). I am in the fast lane going about 20mph no choice when I all of a sudden see this old granada cut the truck off that was behind me and starts to get on my A$$ for not reason. So the first stop that I made I saw him slam on his brakes. I knew he was going to hit me so to prevent that I do creep stops (let the car in front of me go like 4 or 5 car lengths and creep up) and on my fourth and last the guys rear ends my Tour. That TICKED ME OFF, So I go to my trunk where i had my sawed off cue stick about 36 inches long or so and start bashing this Idiots side door until breaking his window (this is happening still in the fast lane)so after that rage I finally noticed the driver and said "park on the side of the road I am going to kick your A$$"(which he does) since I am have been training for boxing I had my mouth piece in the car I put em on and proceed to the driver that was out of the car. He tries to calm me down but did not work. As I am about to give the first punch in the corner of my eye I see Morgan Hill Police cruising right up as well as CHP.
They found the stick in my car and so now I have to pay about 9,000 dollars for everything including community service and anger management classes. Nice of Santa Clara county to screw you by charging for picking up trash in the highways ( $20 a day...how fun)This is not my normal behavior but when someone else could have prevented it by not tail gating you in the first place or any type of reckelss driving. Non of this would have happened, not only that but I lost it having the flashbacks of all the other accidents that my tour has had. I love my car and I am paying to damn much just to have careless people use it as a bumper car

I had somewhat the same situation as you did. I had 52 weeks of the weekend work program and 6 months of anger management. Plus resitution, atty fees, and misc. Now did you get community service or weekend work program? I got 52 weeks of weekend program. Every Saturday and Sunday you work from 8am to 4:30pm. The worst part is you dont get paid in fact you have to pay them. This wasnt very much fun. Depending on what you get assigned you could work in the jail's kitchen, CalTran picking up trash and dead animals, the Sheriffs shooting range, clean porta potees, cleaning up at Elmwood, clean the bumb camps, and etc.

Dayum dude, I can understand getting pissed at all the accidents but taking a Cue Stick and beating the crap out of somebodies car, lmao. Its so funny though. (not your accident). It reminds me of the movie "The Whole Nine Yards" where Matthew Perry's wife drives him crazy and he can't help but just beat the crap out of his steering wheel.

I have to do weekend work at the San Martin station off of Masten. Some of the call trans guys are cool but some just love that power trip, they try to make you walk that extra mile. 30 days Sat and Sun is what I have to do but we only h ave to stay till 4:00 and its funny that they make you stay till 4:00. Even if you finish early. By any chance does any one know who drives a red Svt with tinted windows in gilroy oh and is lowered?

Yeah, well being that it was a granada there was no damage to his car being that he had those thick metal bumpers unlike my tour. so I figured he should have some damage to his. Not only that the guy did not have no insurance (figures, who would insure a damn granada)and no license. Your right cue stick is a little of the wall I guess I used it cause it was there. oh when i say not my fault is I had 2 rear endings which I stopped on time and not riding my brakes hard or anything the next my brother in law was changing the brakes does not pump the brakes and hits the back door and as well as the trunk area and the other time my wife was driving.

well no one has to worry about it for about 3 years I can't get into any violence what so ever because that will be breaking my probation or unless my life depends on it. So no sticks never used a gun, refuse to use a knife. I am part Italian so I would prefer using plastic bags, vises.... just kidding.

Why use a cue stick when a rocket launcher is so much more effective?

People need to learn how to drive in the Bay Area. Seriously. I use the carpool lane every day, and I'd love to have a nickel for all the slow drivers I get stuck behind. I never understood why you would drive in the carpool lane and not go faster than the cars to your right. Sheesh.

There are times I wish I had Frankenstein's vehicle from Deathrace 2000 while commuting to and from work. laugh

Pitch Black, Like I said I am part Italian. Using a rocket launcher would do the job, but it would be too quick, I'll stick with my louisville, wire hanger, hefty bags, cue sticks (PREDATOR CUES STICKS), and least but not last THE VISE.

On a more serious note though I can just imagine these not so good drivers in L.A.or even better New York, I would say L.A. would have more of those accidents like the one not to long ago. All I can say is in heavy traffic don't tail gate there is no point. For what? so the person in front of you can move 10 inches. Well atleast thats what the voices in my head tell me to think, I knew the voices in my head where not bad after all
........................ ok just kidding
