Heheh,
chris_svt pulled up at a stop light next to me yesterday, noticed my car and said hi! I got to rev my engine for him so he could hear the vortech. Now we just gotta get to a meet so that he can get a ride!
Was good meeting you chris, look forward to having an opportunity to talk with you at more length!

smile ya that was cool...not many of us out their!!

wow you can really hear it...sounds great!!

ya unfortunately i had to miss the last meet...which apparently was the best one ever!!

it was nice meeting you too. i would love to meet sometime and take a look at that sc!

hey josh, ya im here....just been working and havent posted much. no new mods except for a new dash, new side skirts and new sway bar bushings...all replaced by ford for free!
i am still considering the 330i but i just havent decided whether i want to lease or buy it. i actually havent driven the svt much...since its going to make a nice downpayment. only 15k miles and it will be 2 years next month!

so when is the next meet?

the dash started to warp. i think when i was getting my new tires installed they damaged them....surprisingly ford said they would replace them for free. im trying to get rid of the clunk and squeeking that occurs...so far so good.

You have an EO SVT right? Will you be upgrading tire size? I was already to buy some 225/50/16's until i saw that my inner fender (the plastic part) has caved in completely because the tire rubbed a hole in the plastic! Now im $hit scared to even think of putting a larger size tire than stock in there!
mad
Have you had any problems with your inner fender plastic as of yet? Supposedly the E0 SVT's have the crappy ones and E1 svt's have the revised ones. Tell me how it goes!

Ok, I didn't know that those were a prob. I'm running 205's right now and haven;t had any fender well probs. My car is extremely low also. I will let you know how the upgrade goes. I am upgrading from 16X6.5 205/55-16 to 17 x 7 215/45/17....not much difference.
