My wife called Bill's Auto Accessories to double check on the $180 install. When she called the guy said that they don't do that. So the guy working there must have messed up big time when he told me they do install work..Why he looked on his computer and gave me a price for my Contour is anybody's guess. But anyways, he referred her to a shop called DJ Performance. So my wife calls up the shop and asks how much. Get this! He says for 4 struts and 4 springs plus front alignment and toe in/out is $160. My wife then calls me and I can't believe the price so she calls again and he tells her again the same price and explains very respectfully to my wife exactly what needs to be done for my Tour. He said a rear alignment is not necessary on a FWD car (unless it has been in a frame altering accident). Here's the info for those who want to get them installed for a good price. He works alternate weekends with this weekend being a work one.

My wife did all the legwork so I am giving her credit for this deal.

Cudos to the wife. A nice find indeed! I'll have to save the address for whenever my suspension day comes.

Chris: You can't post pics or url's if they are on your computer. The location must be from a website. Go to www.photoshop.com and register for free. You can then upload your photos to their site. Then you can post your url. And you did the UBB code correct just wrong location.

I wish I had known about that that deal before this weekend. San Jose is a drive for me, but that price is worth it. I think I am going to hook up with this shop when I buy me struts!! Pass along my appreciation to the wife!

What coincidence. DJ Performance is putting my front struts on with alignment for $85!!

I'll be there Monday. Thanks to Mystikal for hooking me up.

now if I could just find a good deal on koni's/ground controls...It killed me when shox.com canceled their pricing on the groupbuy before anyone got a chance to order.
