Hey Guys/Gals?,
Seems like we need a Countour meet. Both of the last two threads talk about a get together ("North Cali" and "Contours Unite"). What is the possibility of the the North Cali folks (me includeded) meeting up with the bay area folk? Suggestions as to a "Central" location, activity, date?
I meet on a semi-regular basis with another group for my other car. We go on spirited drives, check out each other cars, etc....
Maybe we could do the same.
Just a suggestion, let me know what you think.

Off the topic but has anyone installed some big bass in their 'tour. I can't get the trunk from rattling. I've dynomated the entire thing! At least I think I have.
Any suggestions?

The SVT On Track event is at Altamont Raceway Park in Tracy CA. I got my invitation in the mail today! It's about 55-60 miles from the Palo Alto - Mountain View area. I'm there!

Just my thoughts on the SVT On Track.
I believe the event will be great however I don't believe it would be a great first meet for everyone. I believe that it is by invitaion only and that would limit the number of people who could attend. Plus even though you have an SVT you may have not bought it locally therefore you would not be invited. I personally bought my in So-Cal so I was invited to the So-Cal SVT On Track event.
How about a meet at a centrally located area?

I want my invitation. i bought my 99 svt in june of this year at shamrock ford, not all that far from that raceway.
i guess i should probably call svt and see if i'm invited or not. i'd love to go, i imagine it would be mad fun.
