While driving down Stark in Portland I noticed a silver SVT parked. It was at about 30th and Stark. It has E1 rims and looks to be stock. Just wonderring who it could be! Hopefully I will get to meet some of you local guys soon. It would be nice to talk to someone I don't have to explain what SVT means to!
