i bought the nice leather/suede momo trek steering wheel to put in my 98 mystique. since they dont make an adaptor, i bout one for an older taurus and it'll take about $200 of machining to get it to work. SO, i just ordered an adaptor for the ford focus since the guy at sparco says the hole is 6-sided, and thats how my stock steering hub is. im just keeping my fingers crossed and hoping it fits right in, or at least with a minimal amount of machining. i should have it in about 3wks. and for those of you that know about my car being customized, it still isnt finished. it was supposed to be done in june, but nothing ever goes as planned. im hoping it'll be on the road by mid-august.

yeah, dion has a momo wheel and the adaptor from the now defunct south county autosports (formerly scracing.net). i guess you could maybe try your luck and trying to find a used hub adaptor floating around, but i doubt there are too many.

Just pray you don't crash, you'll have no airbag.

Yes, I have a hub from SCA, but keep in mind that the hub doesn't accomodate for turn signal cancellation, horn, cruise control, etc, etc. The hub also say "FOR SHOW PURPOSES ONLY." The hub was designed for Focus originally, with the Contour being a lucky by-standard. If you have found a Focus hub from Sparco, I'd give it a go, as I would like to see if that hub has signal cancellation at least! If it works, I'll even change out my hub for a Sparco as long as my MOMO works with it!

I don't know where that german guy, bombig got his wheel from but it looks real nice on the 'tour. I'd like to get one, but i need an airbag, cuz my car is a daily driver.
