When it's smoothed and painted, it's gonna look sweeet. Hears what I feel about ricer looks, non-functional huge wings(in looks and down force) are rice, as are many other things. Neons, some stickers, and certain body kits aren't rice if they are tasteful. They just add to the appearance of the car and help to make the contour a noticable car that can kill the civics at the track.
