Buff the bumper, wax it.

Turn on your headlight and check where the condensation disappears to. If there is a whole on the top, when the light is on, the hole will be wet. If its on the bottom the hole will be wet when the lights are off.

-Remove it
-Take out the bulb
-pour a little bit of rubbing alcohol inside it
-swish around for about 30 seconds
-pour the alcohol out
-let it dry "hole up" overnight in a DRY place with a desk lamp (not fluorecent) shining on it about two feet away.

Once you are ready to put it back on, check the O-ring seal. Make sure there are no kinks when putting it back in.
