I don't mind having DRLs, but I like the look of having the fogs on during the day.

I've done the Fog w/parking lights mod, but I'd like to find a way to get the fogs on with the DRLs, instead of the parking lights.

Any ideas?

There was a How-To on the main page when I first found this place...I have it all printed out, but no way to show anyone...it made your fogs into DRLs (on when the ignition is on RUN, on with parks, normal when headlamps are on...

Or you can just do it the easy way and wire them up to the ignition, as the drl's come on when the car is on anyways, so would the fog lights Just a thought.

I went to the HOW TO section and didn't find the mod, so I'm either blind, or it isn't there. If anyone knows how to do this, or where the mod write-up is located, please let me know.

Your idea sounds great, but i'm concerned. There is a relay which controls the DRLs, they are not wired up directly to the ignition (although they would have to be indirectly hooked in). I think I would need to run a power line from the Highbeam circuit to the fogs, with a diode to keep the juice going to the fogs from going to the HBs.

It might be something similar to the Side marker mod that allows you to have the markers half-bright w/park lights, and full bright with turn signal.

Half-fogs with DRLs, and full fogs when turned on...

Maybe it would work... any ideas??
