I just waxed my car about 3 weeks ago and find myself needing to give her a good bath, but after spending the better part of a day waxing it, i want to make sure i use a good soap that won't strip it off. i've looked around in a few of the responses my search got and found nothing real specific about good soaps. so what brands of soap do you guys use with good results, and where might i find them? any help you could offer would be appreciated, thanks.

I use Zip Extreme. I've never seen any wax that stayed on significantly for more than a couple washes, except for Zaino. So pretty much what I'm saying is if you don't use Zaino, any wash will take your wax off quickly.

well, normally, carnuba waxes only last about 6-8 weeks in normal conditions.

Meguiars Gold Class Car Wash is a good soap that won't prematurely strip the waxes of of your paint.
