I have a 99 mystique LS with the 2.5 Duratec and Automatic transmission. I want to get indiglo gauges for the vehicle. Only question is this: where do I get them that will fit perfectly? Also I really like the SVT tach gauge and SVT speedometer gauge, but the markings on the SVT speedometer gauge are different. Therefore I cannot get them correct? I would like to get the SVT Tach though (tryin to make my mystique an SVT look a like kinda) any suggestions on what I can do, and where to get them? Also can anyone send me pictures of this being done?

There are "SE" indiglos out that will fit perfectly to you Mystique assuming you have a tach. Go to www.fordcontour.org With the SVT gauges mine seem to work fine and are not way off. I have them on my 2000 SE Zetec.

I purchased those gauges from fordcontour.org and found that they would not sit in the pin that holds the needles up frown . I don't know if the pins are the same as the se and it was just that I missed something, but I tried for a long time. Also, the "ABS" and " Brake" indicators are in the wrong place for the Mystique and Traction is spelled "Traotion". I am not knocking the gauges, just informing fellow Mystique owners that these gauges might not be a suitable option smile .

I attached mine with a little bit of adhesive so the gauges wouldn't move. The pins in the needles do not hold them on straight. Also I opted to take off the traotion, brake, etc faces.

Wait I think you guys are missing the point...is my speed going to be off If I get the SVT ones that are shown in this post? That is my biggest concern. One of you said it doesnt affect it "that much" what does that mean? Those are the ones I want...but the stock gauges are different (speedometer goes to 130)....also can anyone send me a picture of the SE gauges?

That sounds like it would work Loco, thanks for the info. As for the other pieces, I was just making an observation in case it mattered to anyone smile .

Not a problem. Just leave the other pieces off, it is hard to see them on during the day. You don't want to drive around with the CEL on. wink
