First things first. I've found that if you want to do anything to your car and do it right, AutoZone should be your church. Go there and feel the glory that is auto parts. Your bible--The Haynes manual. Your priests are the guys in the Red Shirts. They are dumb as ****, but have access to the electronic parts catalog and therefore can direct you to, or order any part you need. The light bulbs should be pretty easy to come by, but I don't know the part numbers offhand. Moving on, I had my tints done @ 20% black for $150.00 Full Mirror tints (aka platinum) will run you around $225-$250. Half Mirror should run you anywhere between the two numbers. P.S. 20% is the lowest level allowed by NYS vehicle and traffic laws, so check with the tinting place to see what they're installing and GET A RECIEPT that states the percentage-the tinting place will absolve themselves of any liability and NYS Troopers are *******s when it comes to nitpicking when they pull you over.

Sorry, that last post was just too long. Anyway, moving along to your other questions. To take off the control panel, you need to unscrew the two screws that hold it to the dashboard first. Reach through the steering wheel and feel around the top of the plastic piece. There are 2 phillips head screws in those holes. It's a major pain in the @$$, but it's necessary. Next, pop out the "Contour" or "Mystique" dash badge (or clock) with a screwdriver, being careful not to scratch it. Behind that are 2 screws that you need to take out. Next, pop out the defroster switch the same way and unscrew the last screw, Now just pull it out of the dash, unplug the wires and voila! Paint away. I have to go look at my car to see how to do the climate control/stereo moulding, and I'll post that later. The vents will all pop out of the moulding with a little provoking and care.

By the way that 20% isn't that only the front windows and not the back?
