went to the Wrecking Yard and gots me a power antena. One of these days I might just finish wiring it up. Till then it remains in the down position and looks better than the standard upright mast IMHO. wink

I had mine ripped in half while driving,

in search of a new power mast from Bill J, until then I have removed it and am rolling low-pro with a touch of static.

Power antenna is the way to go if you don't want to chop your roof for the Focus antenna.

I like my power antenna just fine, but as soon as I decide on a place to mount a switch I might just do the power antenna switch mod.

It would be nice not to have the mast up when I'm using the cassette or CD changer.

I was thinking of mounting one up in the sunroof console with a OEM power window switch. if done right it would look stock.
cool

fill the hole then run the antenna wire above the headliner that should be fine.

i kinda wish i had done that before i driled the hole in my roof to mount the cougar/focus andtenna. with the cable hooked or unhooked i get the same reception. Crappy
