My contour got rear ended by a 1994 Crown Victoria while I was going through a red light last August. I am curious if this would show up on a carfax or oasis report. The Crown Victoria hit my rear bumper pretty hard. The woman driving the Crown Vic went to the hospital to get checked out and they found she had torn ligaments in her shoulder. The damage to my Contour is almost not noticeable unless you look really close. I was impressed with how my rear bumper absorbed the impact. I do not think the woman even touched the brakes. When her car hit mine I heard a loud boom then my car accelerated really fast even though I was applying the brakes to keep from hitting the car in front of my car.
