Pretty easy, but you may want to test each strip by peeling up just a little bit to check the paint. Obviously the older the car, the higher the chance that the paint underneath will be a different color. Some people have clearcoat issues with the strips.

Try using the search function for "door ding" and you'll find tons of info.

Wait for a really hot day.
Use heavy fishing line and gloves.
"Saw" the fishing line back and forth under the strip.
For mine, after I got a little bit up, I was able to just pull it off.
Wrap an old t-shirt around your thumb and rub off the adhesive.
Goo-Gone or Meguiar's Cleaner Wax helps any left over gunk.
Wash and wax.
Enjoy.

Took me a total of 15 minutes.

Good luck! smile

I used a plastic/rubberized scraper for mine. Worked like a charm but I don't know if you can buy them outside of the commercial sector. You really don't need to use goo gone at least not on a 95. Just be sure to wash your car real well before hand. Any little piece of dirt can make a mess of the paint. Takes 15-20 mins per door. Looks so much better too. At least till someone dings your door on you.

Very easy to remove... you're just going to have sore thumbs for a day or two though. I took mine off when it was pretty cold outside. I started the peeling with a credit card, and then got the goo stuff off using leather gloves and Goo-Gone. No faded paint or anything on the SilverFrost.

Just make sure to polish or wax it after you use the Goo-Gone to protect the paint have keep the shine.

Peel 'em slowly, then use a credit card and your fingernails (I finally found a good use for all those old maxed out credit cards) to remove the gooy tape. Than I used paint thinner, then I washed, clay barred, polished, and waxed the entire car. I took off all those badges while I was at it. Drivers door was the problem for me. I had the clearcoat problem. I suggest you start with that one and if it looks that bad put it back on. My cars navy blue so its easier to notice, But no one did until I pointed it out.
