personally i would suggest saving a few bucks and removing the stock spoiler yourself, its pretty easy. if you plan on taking it to a shop that you're not familiar with, they might charge you something like $50 or more just to take it off, who knows. private msg me if you want me to tell you how to do it. otherwise i would say its gonna run you a few hundred dollars to get the old holes welded/filled, new ones drilled, and the lid repainted. if you plan on keeping your car a long time, take it to a place that'll guarantee their work and pay the few dollars extra for the paint job so it matches good and lasts a long time. either way tho, you can $ave by removing the stock wing yourself.
