ive got a 96 SE, and im about to do the mesh grille deal btw the headlights and btw the fog lights. ive read the how-to's on the small grille, but how would i go about attaching the big mesh grille below it--withOUT using duct tape like i have read! Any ideas? Or anybody with experience in this field? Thanks in advance smile

Well what I did that saved me some headaches was to just paint the grille between the headlights silver! its looks great and is alot easier than the mesh. with the mesh between the fogs I just cut it alittle biger than the opening and pushed it in from the back and it was a snug fit!

you're telling me that you didnt have to use plastic ties or tin snips or whatever to keep the mesh in?? It just "popped" in and that was it? I must be misunderstanding somethin here...!

he is saying take the one on the car and paint it with a silver paint... it will look good I did this to mine. after replacing the wire mesh I put on it twice cause of the metal starting to look crapy.

no dude, im talkin bout the mesh btw the fogs, the larger grill underneath the one you're talkin about. Thats what im confused about. How does it stay in w/o ties?

Well Listen. You cut the metal mesh just alittle bigger than the opening between the fogs and the sharp little edges of the wire mesh will hold it in there without the use of anything else. I did it to mine and it is great never had a pronlem with it yet. and yes I am talking about the the grill between the fog lights not the upper grill. The mesh isn't heavy it doesn't take alot to hold it in.

Yeah just cut the mesh so it is tight to the mounts on the top side of the opening. Mine stays in no problem.
