Im not sure exactly what you are referring to... If you want the low beams to stay on with the high beems, the "Foglight on with parking lights" will accomplish that. You can also take a bright bulb, file down the tab inside the bulb's socket, and it will plug into the low beam socket, and will not blind other drivers... -Nick

Can't tell for '98, but '99's low beams stay on with high beam normally. I would think the '98 tours are the same.
Fog light fix will allow fogs on with parking lights and when on high beam. Doesn't effect headlights though.

my low beams turn off when high beams go on. (98 svt)
i was going to work on remedying this.
oh, that brings up another question: for those that have HIDs (real HIDs), they have to ballast up for a second before they actually come on. so what happens when you turn on and off the highs? my meaning is that the highs are not HIDs and the lows that are HIDs go off, so when you turn of the highs, is there a delay before the low HIDs come back on full strength?

Please: put something meaningful in your post subject! NOT "please readme!". -------------------- "your" is possessive, "you're" is the conjunction that is short for "you are", "there" is for "the dictionary is over THERE", "their" is the possessive one, and "they're" is a conjunction that is short for "they are". have a nice day  -------------------- Silver Frost non-E1 SVT/Contour see my registry/profile: http://contour.org/carprofile/carprofile.cgi?a=display&uid=00004623

I want both the headlights to come on with the high beams on this has nothing to do with the fog light fix.

My low beams stay on with my high beams. I think my daughter's 96 Contour's does too.
This didn't have anything to do with daytime running lights on 98's did it?
