Where's a good place to buy a frame thats say's SVT. Usually see one's in a red with SVT in the middle, with the ford emblem to the left.

Good question. I've been looking for the black one with SVT in white on it. I've been checking around, including ebay, with no luck.

The red one you're talking about with the SVT & Ford logos on it, I got mine from SVT at one of their On Track events last year. I didn't like the way the chrome looked on my black car, so I sold it to a fellow CEGer. Essentially, all it was was a plain frame with 2 stickers. Not worth the $65 I sold it for  One should be able to make something even better with Photoshop and a print shop to make the actual stickers.

go to ebay and type in "Ford Contour SVT" you will pull up some autos for sale, but at the same time there will be the SVT licence plates for sale.

DO NOT GET THE ONES ON EBAY!!!!
the ones that are chrome with SVT in black on the bottom do not fit. they are too tall for the recess in the trunk for our plates. i got one for a gift and it looks really nice, just too big. i think they were designed for either mustangs or lightnings, but not our cars. too bad.
on the road of life there are fast cars, and then there are hondas.

Not to totally sh*t can what you said, but I bought one off Ebay, and it fit fine. It was gold w/ black "SVT" lettering. I sanded it down, spray painted it silver a few times then clear coated it a few more times. It looks awesome. That was when I had my silver CSVT. Now I need to get some T-red paint and repeat the process.

How can a license plate frame not fit, when all plates are the same size? Unless the top of it is ridiculously high (in which case the Mustang would have the same problem), that seems impossible. Maybe there was a bad batch produced, and that's why they were on eBay?
