I want to get started on quite a few aesthetic mods on my car. I am looking into doing:Smoked sidemarkers & taillamps, Body-colored Grilles, Front Grille oval, Rear chrome strip, Body-coloerd sail panels and I am lookig for some additional paint to do some chip/scratch touch-ups.

What I am looking for is a GOOD color-matched paint that will blend with the OEM color. I would prefer it in a spray can, but without is fine too. I have the Clearcoat black that came on a 2000 SVT and it is not faded in the least, so no blending should be necessary. I can get the color code if necessary.

I saw a posting a few months back (but have no recallection of its post topic, section, connotation...). Am just looking for a link or a phone number really.

Anyone with post-factory paint work done is welcome to give suggestions, comments, criticisms, etc. Thx all in advance!

Have you put in your $0.02 to save contour.org?? Put in what you can spare to keep the site up. Check the General Forum.

I found touch-up for mine in both 6 oz spray and 1 oz bottle at the local auto parts store that carries paint by Plasti-Kote. You might check www.plasti-kote.com and see if they have the color you need. cool
