It takes some of the cheap look off the car, makes it a cleaner, less cluttered ride. Love it!!! My car was repaired wich I knoew about when I bought it, but the *******s put the ding gaurds on before they painted it so not only the wrong color underneath but a big bump from the clearcoat at the edges of the gaurd So I bought the 98 SVT dingers and put em on.
