Mine's the same...the dash is a darker brown than the door panels....Ford is ghey when it comes to stuff like this...

At least brown or gray (even different shades) is better than that purplish "Midnight Blue" leather color they came up with for the SVT ...

I have the same interior. When I first drove the car I thought the dash was from a different car!
At least it's better than my old '91 Maxima. It had a s**t brown dash and tan accents. When my mother in-law rode in the car for the first time she asked me what inspired Nissan to do such a thing. To this day I have no idea....

I miss the interior of my Infiniti. Black with cream accents...It was just a nice sight... Now, back to our regularly scheduled topic.

i was thinking if the interior of the pre 98s were the light tan and the 98 and ups were dark tan then ford could have been cheep again and just used the pre 98 doors on the 98 and ups. if you dont get wat im saying then i understand

My guess is that Ford does this so that we don't get tired of looking at the same color all the time. Or maybe the people who select the interior materials are color blind.
