I just bought a 2000 Mystique three days ago. Never thought that there was this much stuff to do to these cars. Anyway, my interest has grown. I searched through all the mods, but ground effects are only for the Contour. Is there any way to mod them to the Mystique or something to help it look badass. I want it to look good and go fast. Have to beat those damn Civics in style you know. Thanx for any information you can give to a lowly Mercury owner.

SVT sides and rear bumper will fit. The front bumper has not been confirmed yet. May or may not work...

I don't see the front bumper fitting because of the shape of the grill. However, I'm pretty sure I saw a Mystique running around Denver with the SVT stuff on it. That was months ago and I haven't seen him since...couldn't tell if it was customized or anything.
The headlights shouldn't be a problem and I believe the fenders curve in the same way so really the only concern would be the bottom edge of the grill. Park your car next to a contour and see how the bumper is different/similiar around that area. If they're the same(or close)then the SVT bumper should fit without issue.

First of all, Welcome to the CEG. I have looked at the 2 cars very closely, and It seems as if it will fit. The mystique grill just comes forward a bit more. I am so confident with this I already put my order in for the new body kit in the group buy section. Pretty much every mod for the contour works on the 'stiques as well.

P.S. This is what part of the alphabet would look like if the letters Q and R were omitted...
