I'm pretty sure reverse lights are required to be white.

they should be legal. after all those are the same headlights that come in the too expensive Audi's and Beamers and whatever expensive luxury cars you can think of. although i don't know about the taillights. your guess is as good as mine on that one.

With certainty.. Operating any motor vehicle on a public roadway while illuminating blue/red, or any combination thereof, is illegal. The newest phase is those "ultra" white/blue lights, but those can still "technically" be hit on... though not as often, or as well.. Just my .02 Ray

That is not true. Audi's and Beamers use HID technology, which does not use an actual bulb. These replacement headlight systems cost a minimum of $500 and the Xenon Plasma Bulbs you are talking about are just a headlight trying to mimmick this technology, which I don't believe does a very good job, at least in the headlight department. Most halogen bulbs now all contain some amount of Xenon Gas in them, but usually the ones you find on eBay and on ricers produce a rainbow effect because they are just coated with a film that tries to replicate the color of HID. I actually had a pair of these and they lasted a month. They were poor quality and the brightness wasn't that great. I say if you have the money go with HID, else get some SilverStars, they are extremely bright.
