Whats a good wire to tap into to get the gauge pods lights to come on when I turn on the hedlights? 2000 SE Zetec ATX,17" Fundametal rims with 205-40-17 tires, Custom exhaust,Clarion dxz715 head unit, Pioneer 3way 6x8's,5" lcd TV, Pyle DVD/MP3/TV-Tuner cd player, clear headlight corners, side markers, headlight strobes,white guages,woodgrain kit,guage pods,

crazy-contour Member C Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 76 baltimore,maryland	the 98 contour has no light around the cig. lighter so I removed the cover from around the shifter and parking ,to which I found an unused wire harnest .use a test light and you can find it!!or since you live in baltimore.give me a buzz at STANDARD AUTO PARTS <410>523-7770 ASK FOR LEVAR.and if you need a discount on hard to find parts!!! kenwood at the head,sony gives a push,while polk provides the pump in the trunk!carbon for the cabin, green marks the fenders,and carpet covers the dash,chrome tops the stick and parking brake handle.while the 2.5 stands fast!, for the goodies!

I think this harness only is unused if you have a MTX. Otherwise it goes into the ATX assembly I believe. Sparks WRX Member S Joined: May 2000 Posts: 446 Jacksonville, FL	Pop out the rear defroster switch and use a volt meter to find a "light on" wire. This is also a good place to find a solid ground for the guages.
