Mine stays lighted all the time too!

Of course that is b/c I installed a new switch that has the LED in it.

The stock swith is EXACTLY the same, w/out the LED to light it up. Go check the install instructions in the How-tos and order you up a new switch and the wire from Bill Jenkins and 20-30 minutes later you'll be basking in the glow of your new lighted moon roof switch! laugh

installed it earlier and it didn't go out just seeing if anyone elses stayed on

yep always on...

followed the CEG instructions...

There's also one out there (can't find it in search anymore) for lighted door handles (interior) that works perfect. Have it done to mine aswell.

I hope by always on, you mean with ignition. I'm pretty sure mine isn't lit when I leave the car. smile

it is on with car off, it will go off for a moment when car is turned off and key is removed but then comes back on
