I was just wondering how anyone will transport there tires to go autocross. I have some brand new tires and E1 rims with some kumho ecsta 711 that are only 205 wide and I have some more E1 rims with stock kdws worn flat. I thinking the kdws I could handle probably better and abuse them but they won't make the highway trip. I never rode on the kuhmo yet.

Should I go through the trouble to bring the wider tires?

plus my rims are brand new on the kumho (shiny) for show wink

Will four tires on rims fit in the trunk?

They'll fit. I put 4 brand new snows from the Tire Rack in the trunk, mounted on rims and everything. Kinda heavy though. Probably close to 50 lbs per wheel including air and tire and rim.

These were 205/60/15s on 15x6.5 alloys, in case it matters.

I'm bringing my stock wheels with a worn set of KDW's on them for the autoX.
I hope everything fits!
