I don't think she stands a chance as long as you can launch well.

Don't call that an Impala... that's an insult... The only thing in common between these new V6 Chevys and the 96-98 Impalas is the name...

let us know how it goes.
i don't dislike the new impala, but i'm not sure why they gave it that name either.
i thought the 94-96 were pretty cool, but a little expensive.

I hear ya. Can't wait to see the new Marauder though. VA-ROOM. And by the way, who did I piss off so bad that they would rate me with one star? Didn't think I had any enemies here (or anywhere for that matter). IT WASN'T ME I DIDN'T DO IT.

If GM's plans of putting the 3.8 supercharged motor in an Impala SS go through, then you'd get a run for your money.. otherwise, they're perty slow.

if you lose, I think you should give me your car, as it would be then obvious that you can't drive If they were RWD and had say the 6.0L vortec in them, oh yeah you would be toast, but sadly that is not the case -Pete

My aunt has one with the 3.8L. Don't know how it runs, I have never ridden in it.
