Well, first of all ya need to be looking for LED's. They're lit up by TINY LED's that glow green. They are an led that have 180 degree visiblilty. I am trying to do this same thing cuz I have the blue gauges and want everything else blue too. I've only been able to find led's in blue that are 1/8th of an inch is size and I think they would work but they only have like a 60 degree viewing angle, I think, and I'm not sure if that is going to emit enough light all around to light up bright enough. I found them through Mouser Electronics, on page 93 of their catalog
mouser electronics that's all I have come up with so far. I'm probably gonna get some and try it the first of dec. so I'll let everyone know how it turned out when I finally do it. If ya find something more, let me know. Hope that helped a bit.
