has anyone tried this cause i think i am gonna try it just to see how it looks.

You can replace the low beam bulbs with high beam bulbs with a little modification.

Hold the 2 bulbs side by side and look where they plug in. You will see that the 9005 (Highs) have 2 plastic pieces where the 9006s only have 1. Take a dremel and smooth those off and you cna put the 9005s in the low beam plugs. Then when you hit the high beams, you have 2x9005 power!!

I have had mine like this for 3-4 months, and knock on wood, no problems to speak of. Not even getting flashed by people thinking I have my brights on.
