Just wondering if a CD rom version of the Ford Service Manual for 1997 vehicles is worth the $$$? I have the Chilton's book, but I've been finding that the things I really need to see are not always listed. Does the CD have EVERYTHING on it? Or will I just be getting another Chilton-like manual? Thanks for your help, I appreciate it!

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it! The CD roms are much better. They show pictures and exploded diagrams, just as the service techs use at the dealerships. Much better wiring diagrams too. Not sure how this fits in the aesthetic mods forum though...  :p

I can make burned copies of the Ford CD ROM manuals. They are $8 each CD which includes all the Ford cars for that year (no trucks). I have the manuals for each year from 96-00. How different would the 1996 CD be from the 1995? I really want a 1995, but I haven't ever seen any floating around.
