ok - i don't ever take my car through a "brushed" car wash, occasionally i'll do a "spray" version - sometimes i'll goto the local Jet Wash and do the high-pressure wash thing... usually in the driveway with a bucket and soap... who is the laziest car washer here???

definitely bucket and soap for me. car wash is a rip! end up putting at least $5 in quarters in there each time i go (ever other week or so). gets me like 6 minutes to rinse/wash/rinse/wax. i dont like to be rushed when i'm washing the 'tour.

I agree with PeterH. With all the rain this spring there hasn't been good enough weather to wash the car. When I do wash her I try to get down to the nitty gritty (sorry), washing door jambs, tire foam, the whole enchilada. Of course, the Jeep gets jealous and I have to do the same thing with him.

Yeah, there might be some acid rain around. Here in Maine we get what the rest of the country dishes out. Rule #101: Washing the car(s) always comes after the items on the "honey do" list!

I fail to see how a bucket and soap is the "lazy" way to wash your car? Man when I whip out the bucket im prepared to spend 5 hours cleaning the ENTIRE car. Inside and out, door jams and anything else I can reach. Now when i'm feeling lazy, I take it to the local hand wash. I try to clean it once a week, atleast.

Damn yall :p , I spent 8 hrs Sat washing, claying, door jambing and polishing and another 4 hrs today putting on some more Zaino. I don't even think I did that good of a job. I think about 3 more coats of Z2 might make me feel better. Then I will vacuum and clean my leather. BTW, I'm not married either and have no marital duties. I'm sure you all could tell.
