I bought my 98 Tique used, so I'm not sure exactly what caused my paint damage. On my hood, more on the driver's side than the passenger's, it looks like I have about a million stone chips. Well, closer to 20ish, but still a lot. Almost seems like i was riding behind a truck on a gravel road or something, but I can't really explain it. Could this be the same thing you're all talking about? If you are under factory warranty try and get them to repaint it for you. I was not under warranty and repainted my entire car with my own money.
